This post is late. I’ve been super busy. I was buying ALL the fabric. And sewing ALL the things. And cleaning my house. But really, I hurt my thumb right before Bug’s baptism. We had company. I had to try and clean my house for a party with a bum thumb. Then I was behind on orders. Then I spent all the time sewing. Then I had to get ready for company again. And here we are.
Bug is 5 months old! He is getting soooo big! Don’t ask me his stats though, because I don’t know. I’m a good mom like that. Still in 6 month and 9 month clothing. All the smaller things have been packed away.
This month has been about getting ALL the hands in the mouth. And the binkies.
Things are definitely looking up. I had a terrible time picking photos this month because he was SO smiley! And the rashiness we’ve been dealing with is all cleared up. Maybe that is helping with the smiles.
I can’t get over the expressions.
And the eyes. These boys.. I swear. Nothing but trouble, they will be.
The boys seem right back on track for being tiny twinsies. Bean was a little rounder. Which my friend Bre said she doesn’t remember him being so round…and she’s known him his whole life. Biggest difference I see this month is their noses. What about you?
Working on his “bug” look.
Major accomplishments this month:
- sleeping is getting better thanks for some time spent in the Magic Sleep Suit this past month.
- Rolling all over the place!
- Officially out of the swaddle
- oh so ticklish
- He turns towards his name sometimes! And always responds to big brother’s voice
- Still only a sort of schedule.
- Crib naps!
