75% through this pregnancy! Craziness! 30 weeks is when I officially started my weekly belly photos with Bean, so prepare yourself for comparison shots from here on out!
This week was a bit more difficult to get a shot. Since I’m using the tripod this time around, setup is a little more difficult than standing in front of the bathroom mirror and click, click, clicking away until I’m content. A couple weeks ago my lens broke. Rather than invest the time and money into repair, I spent a little less and downgraded. That in itself made things a bit different, but anyway…
I couldn’t really get many shot in focus this week. I’m using the timer and running into place, trying to not look like too much of a nerd, and then checking it and doing it again. I’m only checking on that tiny 2″ screen…so I didn’t notice my focus issues this week. And this is what the best shot looked like:
Terribly blurry. Sad face. My fool proof focusing method failed this week! Want to know my secret? Take a photo, then set the focus to manual. Otherwise, the camera will try to focus on the empty wall. I have a very scientific method to my madness:
Stack the toys as high as I can!
Ok…enough of the silliness. Thirty weeks! Out of Forty. 68 days left as of this post. The heartburn is out of control. I didn’t have it last time. So obviously I’m having a very hairy baby. Duh. Sleepiness was returning, but I think I’m battling through quite nicely. Still really only want sweets, but it’s that time of year right? Ok…here’s the pic you’ve been waiting for!
I’m definitely thinking bigger. I think it’s getting sort of undeniable at this point.
